Ok, back to 18th c Atelier

Enough about the new little dawg. I want to get back to my fav eye-candy and post more pics of things I love, love, love. Well I love a lot of things but I am always drawn back to this kind of stuff. I am a junker, thrifter person as you know. It goes back to when I was a small child and my goofy grandma would come for an extended visit. Her white station wagon would be PACKED with all sorts of things! Clothes (old clothes, old gowns, costume looking garb, western peasant skirts and blouses, etc), jewelry (turquoise and silver rings, bracelets, bangles, on and on), shoes (she wore the lace up the front, thick heeled shoes which was great for her to dance in) clear plastic heels (size 4 ladies...I am not kidding. I felt like one of Cinderellas ugly stepsisters trying to put those on). I could go on but I have obviously veered from my main subject here.
This is my grandma Essie Mae. You can blame the following on her.
First of all I must say that none of the pictures below are from my home. I wish they were (my friend Vicki may be poking her eyes out with a sharp stick right now. She has awesome style and beautiful home to prove it. No clutter there!). Here I go veering off the main subject.

Lovely, lovely chandelier! I need this! What time is it, you ask? Time for me to own a clock like this!
I just love jam-packed cabinets! Orderly = boring!
Again, neat and orderly is just down right boring.
I have stuff like this but I just need the cabinet!
I dearly love chippy painted furniture.
Oh, I can hardly wait for the holidays!!
