My youngest son gave me this milk glass light. I want to hang it in my new laundry room. I'm wondering if I should paint all the dark metal crap white. That is my "what to do" question. hmmmm?
This is the light I am using now. It is NEW. It is BORING. I do not LIKE new or boring.

I do not like new I agree Boring:) I would leave the light orginal, and make your laundry room vintage, look for some vintage 1950's vintage posters, and frame them, I did that I found Tide and DUZ soap ones 8x10 and they are super cool, that would look great with that light!
What a decision! It looks great the way it is. But it's sure hard for me to leave something alone when you have the opportunity to paint it!
I keep looking at it and thinking I could leave it as is. But, like Denise, I have this NEED to do something with it! I'll just have to stare at it a little more. hee hee
