Just got home from the 2008 Oklahoma District Ladies Convention! In a word...AWESOME!!! I was there with almost 1,000 of my dear "sista's in the Lord". The services were so wonderful and the speakers were so spiritually uplifting with a large dollop of humor! Donna Linville and Cindy Miller were mightily used of God to minister to all us Okie gals!
I enjoyed sharing a room with my long time friend Vicki. We stayed up way too late Friday night but surprisingly I was not tired the next morning. She is such a great listener and seems to help me laugh my silly troubles away. She is determined to have nothing but fun from now until Jesus comes! Sounds like a good idea to me!
