We're not in Kansas anymore

I'm trying to drive and she wanted a picture of us.
So, here ya go!

Lulu and I went on a little road trip to Kansas City, KS this weekend. As I zoomed down the road to get to our destination I noticed all the beautiful old barns in Kansas. I wanted to snap pictures but like I said I was zooming. I didn't take any on the way home either. So I found some great ones on the internet. I love old barns. Love them.
Sagging tall white barn
I love this round roof. Gorgeous rust patina

Oh, the tales this barn could tell.

lovely lovely red barn

I would run ever so fast through the tall green grass to get to this one

Not a barn but probably was once a happy home to someone
Lots of work probably went on here back in it's day

Who used this barn so many years ago? What were the people like? I like to think they were kind, hard-working people that helped their neighbors, loved their families and loved Jesus.

We finally made it to our destination

Allison and Terri
Allison and Spencer
The ultimate reason for the road trip.
Ain't they so cute?

This is kind of a weird comment but your daughter has beautiful teeth and a great smile. Love the mother/daughter photo.

Kathy, that is a sweet comment and I will share it with Allison. She has always had a nice smile and straight teeth. Thanks so much!

Oh Kelly, what I wouldn't give for a good roadtrip. One that takes me off the interstate onto a country road.
