Uhhh!

It's 1:25 am and I can NOT sleep. So here I am blog posting. I will be very sleepy in the morning and my married daughter and family are coming at 9:00 for breakfast. They will be expecting biscuits and chocolate gravy. Ever had chocolate gravy? It is delicious.

I am annoyed with ya'lls president...Obama. What is up with all the kissy kissy of him and Castro and Chavez? I guess he just can't get enough of hugging and lovin' on people that hate America. What is with all the apologizing too? WHO IS HE, REALLY?

Had a good visit with my sweet Tennessee friend yesterday morning. We get on the phone and whine about everything that is sour in our lives and by the time we are ready to hang up we are laughing and a smidgin' happier. She was here last weekend for a funeral and I got to visit with her for a late dinner. Wish she lived close so we could thrift shop together. She is such a hoot!

I am not an avid television watcher and do not follow American Idol or the Britain version for that matter but HOW ABOUT That Susan Boyle? What an awesome voice!

I have been looking for a snazzy new porch flag and cannot find one that I like. Soooo, I have designed my own and it is almost finished! Peek in tomorrow and I might just have a picture of it posted.
