This pic is quite embarrassing but here it goes! (it is Lulu's job to keep it clean and she is a slacker at times)All the fixtures have been removed (thank God) and new plumbing has been put in. I wanted to keep the huge tub (hubby was glad about that). It is deep and wide (like that Sunday School song) and soon there will be a fountain flowing from the Delta Victorian style faucets (in bronze finish).
This is sort of what the ceramic wall tile is like that hubby is putting around the tub.The tile is 6 X 6 and a lighter gold tone.
My Lulu hopped on a plane yesterday and headed for Omaha, NE to see her feller.This is starting to look serious, folks!

We are in the middle of a shower remodel. Glad we both have handy husbands that can do this type work. And yes, they are a very cute couple...just think how cute those grandkids would be!!
Kathy, this is our common bathroom remodel. We basically gutted it except for the tub. It is huge and I call it my "safe room" for storms. haha I sure am glad my hubby can do all the work although it takes him decades to finish a house (literally decades). Oh, well. haha
And yes, I have thought about future grandkids. Talk about beautiful blue eyes!
