Unfortunately, it isn't.

And my sunflowers were beautiful in 2009 as well.
Instead they look like this.
This too shall pass.I have faith that someday things will be lovely again.

Oh this is so sad, all your dried up plants. We are starting to get pretty dry here in Eastern Ontario too, but we have had pretty decent rain up until Aug, so can't complain. I will not complain about my brown lawn after seeing your plight.
Here's hoping for rain for your land.
This is just awful...I know the feeling about 5 years ago we had this exact same things...no rain for months and 100+ temps. It was miserable and led to a miserable fall. But at least you can decorate for fall right?!?!
