A little Christmas Home Tour 2020

I did a little walk through our home to some of my favorite Christmas vignettes. I put up two big trees and two small this year. I didn't put my white tree up just a small gold one. I was pleased with what I did. I pushed myself when I felt like what is the use. I have two new little grandprincesses that need to see their Gammies Christmas house so upward and onward I went! I made lots of goodies and two Buche de Noels (yule logs). I so enjoy making those. Anyway, enjoy the tour.

My chicken wire Christmas crown that I made a few years ago.

A vintage beaded purse that I bought at Judy Hills Christmas
show a few years ago. I love going to her shows!

Christmassy night stand in the guest room.

Vintage  Christmas ornaments and boxed cars.

Dresser vignette in the guest room.

Gold pencil tree with antigue glass ornaments and shiny brites in our bedroom.

German glass ornaments

Silver tree in the bathroom. Our favorite gifts of all, our grandchildren.

Main bathroom.
I will post a picture later of my antique mirror that replaces this one .

A fun little card I made.

My old silver tree in the dining room.  A favorite of mine.

A Christmas display of snowy houses and vintage what-nots.

Dining room and my beautiful amaryllis.

My ceramic Angels singing their hearts out!

My Christmas display in my living room entryway.

From another angle.

I have several of these old manger sets.
I only set out two this year. This one is very old and tattered.

With much ado I was finally able to upload this. I have been making Buche de Noel
(yule log) for about 5 maybe 6 years now. It is my Christmas challenge of challenges.
This years was by far the best of them all. It made up almost perfect and the taste was divine!

I love gathering pieces and placing them in various vases
and silver trays and such.

Another angle of my buffet near the front entry with loads of pieces that I love.

The top of my tree. I made the gold glitter crown. It isn't as
big as I would have preferred. Will make another next year and
BIGGER!

A closer look.

Our Christmas Tree.
All the things I love.
Old paper roses, metal hearts, swans, angel wings, metal wings,
owl ornaments, paper bird ornaments, soft bird ornaments, tinsel and more.
