I went grocery shopping today. Wowzers!! Food is expensive, people! So I got to thinkin'. My hubby is so looking forward to Spring so he can put out a huge garden. I had been getting mad within myself thinking "If he thinks I am gonna can food all summer he as got another think comin!" Well, after spending a whole mortgage payment on food today I decided I just might can food after all! Besides I have bizillion canning jars! Seriously, between my own jars and my mother in laws jars that she will never use again, I can put up enough food for this whole countryside. Not that I will. Well I really don't have much else to do next summer besides remodeling this whole, huge house that we have just moved into! But seriously, I thought if I can save hundreds of dollars next year on my grocery bill then I will be saving hundreds of dollars to go towards new FURNITURE!!! What a great idea! First thing I want is a new armoire for my family room, then new coffee table and end tables, ooh a new dining room set sounds nice, and then ......................
