Today is Father's Day. If you have ever read any of my blog you know that I loved and adored my daddy, my hero more than anything. He has been gone from this world for over 9 years now. When I think of him I ache for him or I will smile at something funny that he said or did when he was alive in my life. He was so funny. Just one of a kind.
Me and my daddy many moons ago.
Thirty seven years ago another man entered my world and soon became my hubby and the father of our four children. He is a good man, loves God and his family with every fiber in him. And he is a wonderful Poppa to the three grandmonsters. Happy Father's Day to my Hunka.
Happy Father's Day to my son, Aaron. He's daddy-o to our little toodle britches.
I'm thankful for all the good daddies in the world that work hard, serve our country to keep us safe, provide for their families, keep the children fed, clothed and safe in their homes, and tell their children about the love of God and His mercy.
